So, Mike Stark isn't content with embarrassing himself on CNN's Reliable Sources. He has to take it to the next level by annoying several of Bill O'Reilly's neighbors. But what is it he has achieved besides further marginalizing DailyKos among those not of the extreme and loony Left and apparently generating some much needed attention for himself? Nothing, nothing at all.

He doesn't have a noble cause out in front of him, something in which he believes in so much he goes to extremes to bring attention to it, other than perhaps his distaste for Bill O'Reilly this time out. But as with the Allen fiasco, we know Stark doesn't like anyone on the Right. So, who cares outside of his little echo chamber? With the dangers of the real mission in mind, soldiers at the PAO are frustrated that the major media has chosen to focus on the negative, a common complaint I have heard among troops in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

Sgt. Bryan O'Neal was next to Tillman when he was killed and he has spoken to the media recently. There is also video of his April Congressional testimony here. Had there been a plot to kill Tillman as some leftist idiots are suggesting, they would have killed O'Neal, as well. It appears the record was altered for two purposes, to cover up a friendly fire accident and to ensure Tillman was awarded the Silver Star.

O‘Neal said the shooters were "close, close enough for me to recognize them, but they sure weren‘t 10 yards away. They were further than that. I‘ve thought about this plenty of times. They wouldn‘t have been more than 50 yards away."

It won’t get any media coverage because there’s no Disney character involved, but Hamas is continuing to corrupt the minds of Palestinian children and indoctrinate them into a life of hatred and murder, with a truly vile children’s show on Al Aqsa TV featuring Nahoul the Killer Bee and the incredibly creepy little brainwashed child host.

And as if that weren’t bad enough, the slick, sanitized English version of Al Jazeera television—being heavily promoted at YouTube to the young people of America—has a lighthearted little human interest piece on this monstrous aberration.

On Paula Zahn’s show tonight, discussing the Pace University Koran-dunking incident, Ibrahim Hooper simply could not let anyone else finish a sentence. Hitchens was clearly very irritated at the constant interruptions, but got off this excellent line: “Mr. Hooper, you have neither read nor understand the First Amendment.”

And at the very end, Hooper threw in a series of dishonest smears against Robert Spencer and Jihad Watch, who of course was not on the show and could not defend himself.

It’s a good development that Hooper is now going on shows with people like this, who understand the issues and won’t sit still for his distortions and lies.

But every time he goes on television, he should be asked whether he, and CAIR, are willing to condemn terrorist groups such as Hamas and Hizballah. Because he just can’t bring himself to lie about that and say, “Yes.”...   more »

He must be, since anyone who doesn’t enlist in a war they support is a chickenhawk, after all. Ace has his email, so you can ask Max yourself how many Taliban he’s killed today.

Does someone at the Associated Press actually possess a sense of humor? Mexico seeks changes in border plan.

MEXICO CITY (AP) — Mexico called on the United States to alter a plan to expand border fences designed to stem illegal immigration, saying the barriers would threaten migratory species accustomed to roaming freely across the frontier.
